Looking at the application in question there will be very few time that the administrators will attempt to use the dog delete function accept when someone makes a bad instance (programmatic bad instance or user made, either way). We could maintain the current option of just deleting the instance in question, or we can add sudo delete method, where we keep the data and just add a delete column, where if it's true we don't show it
