Fix LaTeX supporting scripting in description #3

LaTeX does actually support scripting and is Turing complete. I fixed the README to avoid spreading misinformation about LaTeX

Although LaTeX has some scripting capabilities, I wanted to highlight how more refined Quarkdown's are. I'll change the table entry to "Partial".
