Add preference support #1

Add support for preferences for the following items (as well as supporting
logic):

Refresh frequency.
Regex for calendar names (rather than ' hours' suffix).
Starting day of week for Weekly roll-up.

instead.

Added Preferences pane and Prefs object.
Adds preference control of refresh interval.
