Refresh time UI is incorrect #14

The UI in the preferences says "minutes", but the value and timer are seconds.

Correct the displayed value to be minutes and convert to seconds in the code.

Make sure to update the "Data Refresh" section of the Usage wiki page when this 
is fixed.

Fixed refresh interval config to properly be  a minute value (1 to 1440 (24 
hours)).
Required raising the version number of the prefs file to allow for upgrading 
existing
seconds configurations.

Fixed by r30.
