Need button graphics for CarFrontEnd #3

Need real button graphics for the following buttons:

Volume (to popup the volume window)
Mute (main screen and on volume window)
Unmute (main screen alternate image)
Max volume (volume window)

Button sizes:
Volume - 60x60
Mute - 60x60
Un-Mute - 60x60
Max Volume - 60x60
Hide - 60x60
Quit - 60x60

Ideally the images should resemble their OS X counter parts (where applicable) 
as closely as possible to keep the 
Mac like look and feel.

Hide & Quit still need images, but the rest have been supplied by Alex.
