Drowning #151

Dying from water damage (while in water) should give you a "drowning" animation. Maybe in first person for the first few seconds. Would be awfully nice in combination with #150

I never considered water damage to be drowning. The idea seems weird to me - your head never goes under water.

What about water getting deeper the farther from shore you are? First you start swimming, but after 5 mins you drown, because it's very hard to swim with boots, clothes, ammo, rifle...
