run.bat now gives you the option of choosing OpenGL or the Software renderer.

If someone else wants to pull this, go ahead. I'm not for reasons stated in IRC:

<rakiru> personally, i'd rather leave them as separate scripts `10se1ucgo` 
<rakiru> if someone accepts the pull request, i'll still use the old ones myself
<rakiru> most people will only need one of them, and having an extra step to run it is kind of unnecessary
<rakiru> just my opinion though

It's also poorly written. Learn how to use variables, please.
