Added a PMF editor tutorial, tutorial/pmf_tutorial.bat and fixed broken server link on run/run-gl.bat.

Didn't like the old PMF models, so I decided to create some. This should satisfy Issue #11 Pictures:

Intel and Spade: Intel and Spade

Grenade: Grenade

The only thing that looks anything like AoS is the grenade.

  1. The spade is FLAT in AoS
  2. The intel is differently colored, smaller, and has a different symbol on it than AoS. Also, if anything, the iceball default models are shit.

Yes, the default models are placeholders. I created these to replace them. Again, the only thing that looks like AoS is the nade. And if you don't like them, why don't you go make a better iteration of them that fits YOUR taste and YOUR imagination.

No, this doesn't satisfy #11 because it doesn't cover the tent.

Anyways, due to Dany0's concerns I'm unsure about this. It's probably best to take a vote.

I have clearly stated in your other pull request: NO, I DO NOT WANT THAT PMF EDITOR TUTORIAL. They can read the fucking manual.

You do realise that: THE DEVS DON'T SPEND ALL THEIR TIME LOOKING AT PULL REQUESTS! He's doing it in his fucking free time.

I do not care how long it took for it to be looked at, but the fact that grease neglected how old it was, and acted as if I added it after he told me he doesn't want it.
