Bug/Issue Description
When on the congratulations page the time stats do not show, and after clicking on a deck which is not completed, the stats shown are for the whole collection, not just the selected deck.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
Go to Tools>Study Time Stats Options...
Tick the box next to Congrats
Click Apply
Click OK
Click on a completed deck
See error
