Start fixing #31

For the time being, npm package will be named transferwee3 (not existing right now) but that you can manage using this : https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/publishing-package-distribution-releases-using-github-actions-ci-cd-workflows/

and finally dont know how to contact the person who made transferwee in pypi so transferwee3
