Side by side senator comparison #279

When a first senator is already selected, holding CTRL whilst selecting a second make the detail section turn into a side-by-side senator comparison. It should also be possible to deselect senators by clicking them whilst holding CTRL. When multiple senators are selected, both of them should be highlighted in the faction list and senator list views.
