Major pivot. Ditched the homebrew Obsidian CMS, and moved to Notion.

To get around the short-lived URLs for images from Notion we are moving the images to Cloudflare R2 and rewriting the image url. If an image has already been uploaded, we return the url from cloudflare instead.
