您好，请问您的这个demo中，委员会成员一直是区块链上的四个节点吗？

关于这个问题可以在closed issue上找到相关的回复，也就是说demo的代码主要是半模拟实现，重点利用合约实现联邦委员会的功能。关于共识节点与观察节点的底层切换可以调研fisco自带的方案可不可行。
