Support for RTL languages , added locale "he" #11

Fix variations location slots to support RTL languages changes.
Added support for locale Hebrew ("he") - (feelsLike, maxToday, wind directions) LTR language selected (English):-functions normally

In the future Dark Sky component will have more language options, so the card will show summary in the HA selected language https://www.home-assistant.io/components/sensor.darksky/#language-options Pull request in home-assistant: home-assistant/home-assistant#20890 Its will be somethnig like this (locale: he in my case):
