Fix bash prompt colors #9

The branch status is not colored correctly, in fact its actually not taking in the color at all.

Symbol	Meaning	Color
+	Uncommitted changes	yellow
!	Unstaged changes	orange
?	Untracked files	red
$	Stashed files	brown
	No changes	green

Color Chart to verify HEX to xTerm values
Question on StackOverflow
While I'm fixing this, I should abstract out the colors into a theme file to be used alongside osx-theme
