Add Favicon Icon to the Game #24

The game currently does not have a favicon icon displayed in the browser tab. Adding a favicon will enhance the overall user experience by giving the game a recognizable symbol when it’s opened in a browser tab.

_note : icon must be designed not copied and generated from AI_

  1. Create a favicon icon representing the tic-tac-toe game (could be a simple "X" and "O" design).
  2. Convert the icon into appropriate .ico and .png formats.
  3. Add the favicon to the root directory or the public folder.

Please provide description about design
