add new example app #197

I am adding a new example app that better showcases the abilities of VelocityX. I've also set it up with automated CI/CD

@iampawan let me know your thoughts on the new example app. I figure we begin to implement the CI/CD in the VelocityX package as well. Let me know if you need help with your new rush package.
