empty string validation in gestione laboratori and tecnici

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to impostazioni
2. press the + button in the "Gestione Laboratori" section

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected would be an error, since the laboratorio name is empty. Instead the 
laboratorio is crated without a name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
