Add popup for tie match when no one wins

Currently, the game does not display any indication when there is a tie. If all cells are filled and no player has won, a message should pop up indicating that the game is a tie.

Expected Behavior:

• When the game ends without a winner (i.e., all cells are filled and neither 'X' nor 'O' has three in a row), a popup should appear stating "It's a tie!".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play the game until all the cells are filled without either player winning.
2. Observe that no message appears indicating the game has ended in a tie.

Proposed Solution:

• Implement logic to detect a tie situation.
• Display a popup or message box saying "It's a tie!" when the game is over and no winner is determined.
