Create a classic Minesweeper game using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The game should include the following features:

Grid-based game board with adjustable difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard)
Random mine placement
Left-click to reveal cells
Right-click to flag potential mines
Number indicators for adjacent mines
Game over state when a mine is clicked
Win condition when all non-mine cells are revealed
Timer and mine counter display
First-click safety (ensure the first click is never a mine)
Responsive design for both desktop and mobile play

This new game will expand our collection of classic browser games and provide an engaging challenge for players.
