Firmware update #4

Having issues updating the firmware on my RM551E-GL. I can reboot into EDL just fine. I am getting:

I have also attempted it with Windows and get timeout as well. Wondering if I am missing something simple here. Thanks!

fixed with new USB cable and using 460800 baud rate, for whatever reason it finally flashed.
