Can't begin data capture

I followed the guide on https://github.com/iamscottxu/obs-rtspserver#build.

Also tried deleting .config/obs-studio. And install the obs-rtspserver.deb. No change.

I've seen this problem on a closed issue, but I'm with the latest code... Don't know why it persists.
