What is the current behavior?

not able to connect

The oracle binaries in the docker images are to old to support TLS conections without wallets. please see https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/autonomous-database/serverless/adbsb/connect-prepare-oci-tls.html#GUID-423C98D1-6A18-4E56-A77F-B6F5CA1424E2

The issue was in the images deployed from docker registry, not from this repo.
