The internal port in the documentation is wrong (Docker) #419

Description

The internal port in the documentation is wrong, it lists 8080 not 9161.

How Has This Been Tested?

I've run the same docker in my datacenter and on my own computer and both have the problem of the internal port being 8080 without 9161
