seems to work in testing. reopen if problem persists

Problem persists with the SU-25, apparently works on and off with the MI-24

Is there a specific type of ammo that doesn't rearm? I tested locally with the main gun and it worked. I'm wondering if its the type of ammo or the fact that its in a dedicated env.

Refuel function appears to be nonexistent at the moment. No matter what we do, truck does not supply the Mi-8 or Mi-24. Also, supply truck has a tendency to make the helis explode when in close proximity, although the exact reason for this has yet to be determined.
