styling issues in Capsule cause build failure in PySyft #18

We are getting a bunch of errors from Flake over styling issues in Capsule over at PySyft. Is it possible to fix these? or should we somehow configure Flake to skip style check of Capsule in PySyft builds? https://travis-ci.org/OpenMined/PySyft/builds/288671072
