@swaroopch could you comment if this fixes the issue?

@abhyantrika @iamtrask It's unclear to me what this change is fixing? It's actually deleting most of the packages in the requirements file? Also, my suggestion was to use https://github.com/jazzband/pip-tools/ so that upgrading python dependencies in future would be just a single command instead of someone having to manually do that process.

i think #50 solved this issue... but if i'm wrong just let me know and we can reopen
