remove unneeded script #51

i can’t find anywhere in the code a use for this script nor a need for it. since PR#50 removed it from npm scripts, time to remove it completely. also in PR#50 there is a built-in migrate command (npm run migrate) that outputs the same files to the build dir.

kinda looks like a relic of something that https://github.com/OpenMined/mine.js ended up doing

@gavinuhma is the mine.js repo active? if so i will need to change the output file they look for there.

@sagivo not anymore. what mine.js did is all moving to the unity grid. we're using the same abi as mine.js right now
