Investigate strange behavior seen in livecoding #50

As seen on https://www.livecoding.tv/corys/videos/k1XmW-phoenix-exploring-texas-lib ~18min, when he accidentally named the attribute data-props (plural) no view was rendered at all. No error was apparent, so why did nothing display? I would have expected to see the prototype data rather than nothing...

After re-watching the screencast, there is no strange behavior. His example did not provide any prototype content, so nothing was displayed when he accidentally misnamed the data-prop attribute "data-props".
