disable fields in panel when they are disabled #10

this should solve https://github.com/ian-cox/Kirby-Color-Picker/issues/9 and also solve an issue related to using this plugin with translate: false

actually I just realized that it doesn't help with #9 . But it does help with the "translate: false" issue.
