There are a couple global variables that should probably be into a json file and loaded at the start of the running the application in the index.js.

Examples, Is Experiment ( show consent form ) Save all Submissions IncludeUpcomingEthics (new variable) Automatic Registration ( new for mail settings to be bypassed for testing purposes. )

These issues have been included in the new set of configuration files.
