Auto-replace smileys and auto-link URL's #3

Currently smileys and links/email addresses are not automatically replaced with 
an image (smileys) or linked. 

It may sound easy, but the main issue comes with replacing smileys and ensuring 
that they do not replace anything within HTML tags.

I now have an idea of how this will be accomplished... But not sure how it will 
be speed wise. I will explain more later after some tests ;-)

I will be reworking the interpreter which is going to be required for me to 
auto link URL's and replace smileys, which is currently issue #4.
