Error downloading repositories #423

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app
2. Downloading repositories
3. Reloading repositories

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Downloading the remote repositories and filling the local database (tempdb)
Error cargando el repositorio 
https://windows-package-manager.googlecode.com/hg/repository/Rep.xml: XML 
parsing error at line 2, column 12: unexpected character

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.19.13

Spanish version
