Sha1sum error during installation of MinGW-w64 package #424

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. npackdcl.exe add -p mingw-w64-i686-dw2-win

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect install success, however, the console message says:
Error installing: Hash sum 538381d95f9097db48c5382d4eca4e9aaa22a966 found, but 
757fa77bbaf2263048d3d9d2536129245e6b04d1 was expected. The file has changed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NpackdCL 1.19.13 - Npackd command line tool

On Wine 1.7.35 on Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
I've manually download the file to confirm the sha1sum doesn't match the 
downloaded version.

probably the binary was re-uploaded

BTW, Npackd runs fine on Wine 1.7.36. Thank you for the great project!
