can you find me any resources on disparities in evaluation of LGBTQ+ people relative to cis/het? New items, reports (check Williams Institute), survey responses (Pew/Gallup?), etc. are great - there is likely no economics research on this.
I'm thinking headline results of the form "LGBTQ+ people report receiving lower evaluations from managers for promotion" "queer people are evaluated more harshly than straight" etc.
Can you have a look over the weekend and let me know what you find by Monday afternoon?
