Add option to display BCH CashAddr #206

Thanks for the awesome resource that your website is. It's invaluable for testing.

I notice you have an option under BCH addresses to show the (now deprecated) Bitpay address format. Is there any chance you could add an option to display the new standard CashAddr format?

Thanks for pointing this out, I wasn't aware of this new format. I'll look into adding this. Do you think it's possible to remove the deprecated bitpay format or should it be kept for legacy purposes?

This feature is included in the current release 0.3.6
