Similar tool for NEO here by @coranos - it would be great if you two could combine efforts and have one tool to rule them all! Thanks for all the great work.

Looks good but I can't find the network parameters so if someone can help me out with that I'm happy to include this network in the tool.

The NEO community is welcome to make a pull request to add their network.
