Looks good. Can you please confirm these are the steps to reproduce this bug:

generate a random mnemonic
switch to bip84 and notice the bip32 root key has changed from xprv to zprv
reload the page and paste in a bip39 seed (not a mnemonic)
switch tabs to bip84 and see the bip32 root key has not changed but should have changed
