Hello. I'm from Zambia and a novice in crypto. Someone sent me $200t to my ethereum account. My wallet provider says they are a non custodial wallet provider and can't move the usdt as they do not have the private key. Please can someone help me I am begging for some help. I'm from a third world country and that money can go a long way

Hi @Cryptonovice1 , unfortunately there's nothing anyone can do to recover your money if you didn't save a copy of your seed words when you set up the wallet. When you created the wallet, did you write down the 12-24 words given to you? Don't share them with anybody, but do you have them?

Without those words or access to the wallet software, nobody can spend those coins and recovery is not possible.

Assuming you at some point had a wallet either on a smart phone or a laptop/ desktop computer?

Also assuming that by your post you have lost access to said phone or laptop?

if both are true and you failed to keep record of the seed words from the wallet which you used to generate your ETH then it is impossible for you or anyone else to obtain the ETH. If you or anyone else can obtain the phone or laptop that you originally used, only then it could become possible to access.
