Fully review Lionel's proposed JSON-based frame tests, implement an OnStomp::Components::Frame <=> JSON adapter, and make sure OnStomp passes zee tests.

Hit a couple walls while implementing these features:

Body of frame in body/enc_binary.json is UTF-8 encoded, but the corresponding body in the data file body/enc_body.data is binary (\xC0\xC1\xC2...)
OnStomp automatically appends the charset parameter to text-y content-type headers, so the byte streams aren't matching up.
