@iandees -- I don't seem to have edit permissions here, but submit this for you to consider as ready, at least for the 3 sources we have, for tracing.

Here are some GeoJSON files for "City of Glendive", districts 1-4, based on the mapwarper rectifications above, created on geojson.io.

One issue though is that district 1 has a hole in it, and I'm not sure (a) why and (b) how to generate a polygon with a hole.

Also note that I had to add a ".txt" extension to allow them to be uploaded here by github.

Awesome, this is just what I was getting started writing a doc for. Basically, go to geojson.io and add a custom layer and trace over it the best you can.

@iandees -- That's what I've done now for "City of Glendive" and "Dawson County". I'm not actually sure what to make of "West Glendive" though.
