I'm assigning tracing this map to Justin, who is working outside of Git, unless @danbjoseph is working on this now--let me know. @danbjoseph I've never used Mapwarper before, but when I click that link, I see a tiny white dot in the middle of a black screen. Am I missing something?

That's the tile service link. Here's more deets on this one: https://mapwarper.net/maps/33980#Export_tab (you can also download a rectified GeoTiff at that link) You should be able to load it as a layer in QGIS or in http://geojson.io you can go the Meta dropdown and Add map layer
