The new Spelunker has a nifty "this is a deprecated place" banner we should add to Write Field so its more clear when we're editing a "not current" place, which is sometimes useful.

Example place: https://spelunker.whosonfirst.org/id/1292942521 which didn't get it's mz:is_current set correctly to 0 along the way.
