Dobutsu lion in pocket pieces #20

I removed "k" (king) from starting FEN in variants having capturesToHand() to construct pocket pieces, but Dobutsu uses "l" (lion). We can remedy this minor cosmetic issue exposing variants king piece in ffish.js/pyffish in the future.
