Added cburnettletters and meridaletters piece sets, and updated merida, cburnett, and default themes. #54

Place holder graphics have been create for all possible promoted and unpromoted pieces, so there will no longer be invisible pieces on the board when using merida and cburnett piece sets. The new piece sets haven't been added to theme.txt, but the relevant css files have been created so that it's easy for people to add them as a theme on a private server.
