What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a formula to the stage that requires a font download (not in cache)
2. Add an event listener for UPDATE_COMPLETE to formula component.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Consistent events being fired every time.  Actually noticed that 
about 1 in 100 times the event doesn't seem to fire again after the component 
has been resized to accommodate the characters referenced by the font.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
- Flex 4.5.1
- Chrome
- MathMLFormulaLibProject.swc (unknown version)
