MergeFiles should exclude files such as backup and lock files #105

Emacs creates backup files with a ~ suffix, and lock files with a .# prefix (see http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/File-Locks.html). MergeFiles should ignore these files.
