The tutorial at http://kranccode.org/tutorial.html has not been updated since the transition of Cactus from SVN to Git. It should be updated to use the newest repositories. Also, it would be useful to have a version of the tutorial (or comments in it) for people who already have the Einstein Toolkit checked out, as in that case, many steps are not necessary.
