I have added the correct right-hand-side filter operators for DGTile source file StencilOps.h. Since they are analogous to Kreiss-Oliger dissipation, I called them dgop_diss.
I have not implemented the use of the operators yet. I'd like to do this, but I would need a bit of a walkthrough of the innards of Kranc. This is a work in progress, but I figure it's better to have the work in progress recorded.
I will submit a similar pull request for the DGTile branch of McLachlan.
