Add Kranc to Einstein Toolkit testing framework #61

It would be good to add Kranc to the Einstein Toolkit automated build and test system. This could be as simple as Kranc-ing McLcahlan and testing that it succeeds with no errors thrown.

Would we also run the mclachlan tests again with the newly-generated code if there are differences?

This would be even better. There's also an intermediate check which is that the generated code still compiles.
